Literature

Literature is art in words. It is the writing that carries strong and lasting value through beauty, creativity and emotional power. Literature insights into the nature of human feelings and desires. The forms of literature generally includes poetry, plays novels and short stories. Letters, journalism, speeches and diaries can also be literature if they are well written.

Before the written literature, people recorded myths and stories in poems were existed which we call ''Oral literature". This is also called the oldest form of literature which was handed down by word of mouth, then latter put down on writing.

Since the starting of the history of literature in every languages, some themes always represented; love, death, morality,relegious truth and human loyality. They can be explored through high spirited comedy or bleak tagedy. Often the writer pick up themes, subjects or styles from other writers and develop them further.

Literature express the writer's thoughts, hopes , fears, etc. But not everything that is written is literature or must be. The writings only becomes literature only if it is well written and people of different generation keeps their lasting interest.
